Bailey’s Glen include Jr Olympic size pool, 5 Pickleball courts, Tennis, Court, Croquet and Bocce venues, Putting Green, Outdoor “summer kitchen” for grilling, Horseshoe park, Splash Pad Park, Amphitheatre Park, Fitness Rooms, Full Gym and trainer, Arts and crafts Room with embroidery and sewing machines, Billiards in the Pub, Bicycles, Community Garden, Walking trails, Kayaking, and much more.
Coming soon are another pool, wood working shop, greenhouse and restaurant.
Baileys Glen is about 90% built out and when complete will contain 372 single family homes and 132 condominiums.
The sister community, just up Bailey Road, Bailey’s Glen at The Forest, is now under construction. There will be 172 homes, all front load, larger models, and an additional pool and clubhouse. Amenities will be shared between Bailey’s Glen and The Forest.
Starting in the Fall of 2022, The Oasis at Baileys Glen will feature 132 Condo's, a resort style pool, and share the amenities with the rest of Baileys Glen.
