On April 26th, Helen Adams Realty celebrated an incredible milestone—50 years of real estate excellence—with an unforgettable evening at The Ruth. Over 300 guests gathered to honor a legacy built on family, trust, and commitment to the Charlotte community.
The celebration brought together a full house of HAR leadership, staff, agents, spouses, and longtime supporters. Guests were welcomed with a courtyard cocktail hour, complete with bluegrass music by Gypsy Grass, floral arrangements by Midwood Flower Shop, and elevated southern-style appetizers that set the tone for an evening of warmth and festivities.

Inside, the celebration came to life with a mix of tradition and modern flair. The Ruth served a feast that included a whole roasted pig and a spread of Southern sides. Dessert was offered in the form of custom, hand-crafted cookies by Custom Treats by Rachel, and soft seating was provided by TNT Staging.
An immersive history room gave guests the chance to walk through the past five decades of Helen Adams Realty, reliving key moments and milestones that shaped who we are today. Laughter echoed from the photobooth, stories were shared over cocktails at the open bar, and HAR-branded swag served as keepsakes for a night full of nostalgia and celebration.
One of the highlights of the evening came with a heartfelt toast from our leadership team. CEO Jeff Adams and Co-Presidents Rebecca Adams Starrs and Frank Adams stood side by side to thank the people who have made the last 50 years possible. Their message was clear: our success is rooted in our people. From our loyal and high-achieving agents, to our dedicated staff, to the clients who have trusted us with their homes, and the families who have supported us every step of the way—this celebration is for you.
